Hey.
Try to put yourself in the actor/actresses position. If you imagine what it was like to film the movie, and how the producer must have created these scenes, it will be less scary.

Also, try to watch the 'bloopers' by googleing or youtubeing them.
If you watch the actors mess up a ton of times, you'll realize how fake the movie was.

Hope I helped.

i love scary movies to! but you got to remember that its all fake... the best way to get over a scary movie is watch the making of the movie after it that way when you think of it, its less scary... then the next time you watch it its not that scary at all lol...

OMFG! i.m rite there wit u.. i absolutely loveeeee scary movies.. but all u have to do is turn on all the lights & carry the phone with you if you're home alone.. you can also watch a movie/ watch a tv show thats not scary.. maybe something funny. BTW: what movie was it? LOL.(i know its random, but i want to know what scary movie it is).
And don't worry it's just a movie & nothing is going to happen to you. =]

Unless the movie is based on a true story, there is no reason to be scared. It's just a movie, & none of that is going to happen to you.

When you watch a movie, keep the lights on & make sure there's something else you can do that keeps you in a good mood if that freaks you out too much.

What you do is turn on all the lights and if you are home alone carry the phone with you just in case i dont know but that clams me down, watch a movie that is not scary at all like a comedy that makes you laugh. and just try and forget about after all its just a movie not real!
