I have some stomach fat and It makes me feel unhealthy. What can I do to make it 'disappear'? I am 14/F. I want it to be a secret from my parents because they will be worried that they think I'm to fat and I'll go too thin. I'm planning to go on this loosing stomach fat within a month if that's possible. Any ideas?

Yoo could do some running..or even jumping on the trampoline will help. What I do is 300 crunches..&i jump on the trampoline on occasion.. it's easier then changing yr diet, &it doesn't take up much of yr time. My advice is to start doing them two times a week..&then slowly start doing them every other day..& then merge into it being an every day thing. I do them before I go to sleep.. like right after dinner. It helps me alot.. &maybe it will help yoo too!!

LM answered Monday July 2 2007, 11:15 pm: You can't lose weight in just one area. Eat a balanced diet, and exercise everyday. Crunches don't make fat go away, but they work the muscles in that area, and can "tone" your stomach. Why do you need to hide exercising and bettering yourself from your parents?
