the truth about forever
okay so i just bought the book "the truth about forever" by Sarah Dessen and i was wondering..is it a good book? what were your opinions about it?
was it funny in any way? or was it boring? its seems kinda boring but i only got through the first couple of pages. any opinions would help.

i loved it the first time around, if you have read any of her other books and liked them you should like this one, its one of my favorites
her books always have a slow start, but they get so good
theres some humor
and some times in the book when you just want to punch some of the characters
you should definately give it a shot

Well, you already bought the book. Why wait for others to tell you the ending? We all have different opinions about different things (such as books) and you don't need to follow what someone believes. Read the book and you'll find out if it's good cause only you can tell what you like and don't like.

that book is amazing. kinda takes a while to get into it but you will. her books are amazing, i have read all of them and got all of my friends into them too. if you want to read more of her stuff i recommend: dreamland, someone like you & just listen. someone like you is my favorite book by her. if you end up loving her books, check out the movie "how to deal" with mandy moore. it's based on two of sarah dessen's books.

i love fer books!! that book is actually one of my two favorites. the story i really good and every book has soem laughs because she uses sarcasm and wit to make her characters seem lively. have fun reading!!

That is my favorite book! in the begining she is ust getting some info, kind of back ground info so you know what going on. ive laughed while reading her books jsut cause her characters are so well explained that i can see what they are doing. its an awesome book she is also my favorite author. as long as you like the teenage love like stories you should like it.
other books by her that are good are this lullaby dream land. =)

Like all Sarah Dessen novels, it takes a really long time to get to the good parts. I love her novels, but I do feel like she has a lot of dead, useless information in there.
Her novels always bring out a few laughs just because most of her main characters are so sarcastic.
I think it's a pretty good book. I suggest you read it, even if it does seem a little boring at first. If it still sucks after you've read the whole thing, THEN you can officially call it boring. That's the fun of reading.

I have that book:]. I read it, and like a lot of her books, in the beginning it is boring, but then it gets exciting. It all has to do with the standard plot-
intro> inciting incident>rising action>climax>resolution.
When it gets to an incident that is exciting, then it will become better of a read for you. The intro basically just sets the scene, and is introducing everything.
