well, my dad's girlfriend ate just eggs for a week with steak one night and she lost 5 lbs! here's how you do it: eat eggs for every meal. no salt. no cheese. no sauce. you can add pepper or spices and vegetables such as tomato or spinach. i really hope you can fit in your uniform! good luckkk.

crunches actually really work for me. make sure you suck in your stomach when you do them and get your "chicken bones" on your back off the ground every time. you'll feel it and it will be amazing. hope it works

When i get mad, i get MAD. My breathing gets outa wack and i usually end up puttin a hole in my bedroom wall. Its kind of disgusting how mad i get. And after I get that mad, my stomach hurts. I told my mom i think i needed anger management, but she just laughed it off. Nobody understands how angry i get. Does anyone haf any suggestions as to what i can do to calm down? (link)

Start smiling at people when you make awkward eye contact. Make small talk with people who seem nice in your classes. This is really the most advice I can give you, but try these things and keep them going. I hope it works out, good luck!

i agree with danielle, it will just come naturally. and i don't have braces, but i have madeout with different people with braces. you can't even tell the difference lol i promise you won't cut them...

I haven't been eating recently. I've put on a little bit of weight & don't want to be like this.
I haven't put on a lot, but I've just noticed it.
Yesterday i only had a packet of crisps but other than that i haven't really eaten since wednesday.
We never have any healthy food in the house.
If ever i ask my mum too get some fruit or something like that she would say yeah okay and roll her eyes, then when she comes back from the shops she says she 'forgot'.
It's really hard for me because i am the only vegetarian in my house & my mum buys mostly meat products.

1. whats the difference between lyrical and modern dancing? and which one is funner? it helps to show like videos from youtube... but i cant find the difference, since they both sound the same.
2. i wanna do dance next year, because of that show called So you think you can dance. i've danced for about 3 years in my life and then stopped but i want to continue again, at a different place. the place i want to go to i like half the distance of the old place i went to, and alot of people in my school go to it and i heard its pretty good. its hard for my family now since my dad is working on his own company in a different state, so my mom has a lot of pressure on her, till we move in with my dad. but before i leave this town, which i love since i've lived here for a lot of my life... i want to really do dance. how can i convince my mom even though her schedule is crazy since i have an older sister and younger brother who also have needs, and she works in the night (shes a nurse) and etc? please help i love to dance.. im mad that i quit before..
3. i think i may be taking too many things.. in your opinion like what are the best and worst things out of these dance styles i'll post below? and which would you reccomend me to do?

1. lyrical is more flowy than modern. lyrical is a mixture between jazz and ballet. modern is lyrical and jazz mixed, it's just awesome. lol there is a difference, like for example, you wouldn't dance to purple rain for modern, but you would for lyrical. i hope you understand.
2. i convinced my mom by telling her it was my passion, she still refuses to pay for it, but let your momma know how much you love it. i hope it'll work for you.
3. and out of that list, hiphop is the worst to me, thats my complete opinion.. but otherwise i don't think you're taking too much.

me and my boyfriend got so close by playing the game truth! you ask him a question and he answers it truthfully. he asks you a question and you answer it truthfully. it's fun. when that gets old start playing like you just tell him something that he doesnt know about you and then it'll be his turn. it's reeeeally fun.

the easiest way is to resize it on paint. open it, stretch/skew it... then put like, 60 and 60 where the 100's are and make it teenie. haha it works

My three guy friends graduated this year, and are going away to college. My friend and I want to give them something, but we don't know what. We were thinking scrap book, but we aren't sure how that would turn out since they are guys. Any ideas on what we could give them? Money is a little tight, so nothing too costly.
