superstarblue89 answered Monday September 10 2007, 3:20 pm: eat 5 small meals a day...don't go longer than 6 hours without eating (unless sleeping). Breakfast is a must...not eating breakfast actually can make you gain weight...don't just to sit ups...incorporate other ab exercises into your regime...google ab exercises...most websites will give you step by step instructions...also work on your obliques and the rest of your body...working out in an area that feels like its only affecting your legs...like running...can actually help other parts of your body too...but one the the major keys to weight loss really is the 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big meals and some snacking in between...just make sure you do that with your exercise and you should be fine.
