You can visit your doctor if you think it's really that bad.
For now, visit your pharmacy and look for some creams you can rub in.
If the spots are pus filled, apply tea tree oil. It brings the pus to the surface and dries the spots out.
You could also try home remedies such as applying toothpaste or alcohol.
Don't let it bring you down. It's really common.

Well, I am guessing you would treat it like face acne? I am just guessing here, But maybe try getting some acne cream and getting someone to put it on.
If you are really worried go to a doctor, They will give you pills .
