Yes, having a college degree will give you better jobs in your future. You'll get more job offers than people who just finish high school or don't even finish high school. Also, I agree with most of the people below me. Not all education is the same. Such as the education for Elementary in Texas is better than the ones in maybe North Dakota or whatever.

In my opinion, education is what YOU make it. It's true that some schools may have better programs for specific areas. Like, for example, someone that's interested in art, would want to go to a school with a specific, and strong art program. It really depends on what you are going for. There will always be good schools for that subject, and not so good schools for that subject.

Like I said, education is what you make of it. Basically meaning that, you could go to a super expensive school like Harvard, and have the best teachers, but if you don't have the brains or the ambition to learn, then it really won't matter. I don't actually think it matters what school you go to, as long as you work hard and try to get an education. Some of the most successful people in the world, went to inexpensive colleges that were considered, "bad." So that's proof, that no matter what school you go to, if you work hard enough, you can get that great education, and work your way up.

Expensive schools don't really provide you with better job connections. Some MIGHT, but most colleges generally have pretty good job connections. The professers could possibly be a little more educated, but there are good and bad teachers wherever you go.

Hope I answered your question.

Not all colleges have the same education. Like, people can argue that say, teachers from Harvard are better than teachers at a community college. Which could very well be true.
