That's exactly how I got started! Just don't get caught! I usually bring a friend with me the first time we hang out to make sure he's not a freak or tries to do anything! if he doesn't want u to bring a friend -- his fault! He should be understanding enough to know why you're bringing a friend!

My mom is really strict too. I am not allow to date until i graduate high school. Like that stopped me from getting a bf and all that XD
Well that's pretty much what I did. Basically told my mom I was hanging out with my friend and just chill with my bf.
There ARE possibilities that it will not work so I suggest you to ask your mom in advance so you can figure something out if your Plan A doesnt work.
You always will need a back up plan.
Since its summer you can use excuse like its summer project you have to work on. If your school have mandatory summer reading and stuff.

Explain to her that you think you're old enough to go out with boys.

Don't lie to your parents, if your caught, you may never regain their trust. Here's what you do. Hook up with your friend and go to the mall, get you boy to go to the same mall, don't tell your parents. That way you don't lie, you meet the boy, you shop with your friend, and evreyone's happy.
