Okay first there are three main parts of your arm: your forearms (from wrist to elbow), your biceps (the front of your arm that should bulge when flexed), and your triceps (the backs of your arms). Different excercise will work different muscle groups. I going to assume that you want to work all three. So first you're going to need so weights. To build muscle you should pick a weight that you can safety lift 10-15 times without resting but no more. Use the weights to do curls (starting with straight arms and rolling them in to your chest), extensions (striaghtening bent arms up or to the side), and triceps kick backs (bend slightly forward at the waist bend your arms so the weights are at your shoulders and then straighten them behind you). Good old fashioned push-ups and pull-ups sound should work for you, too. ~Dani (f/20)

Trying to build muscle on your arms. You can do a number of various exercises that will help you. You will probably want to get free weights or dumbbells for you to use. The best is probably 3 or 5 pound weights. Work your triceps and biceps with various exercises.

Self magazine usually has a lot of different types of workouts that will help you. This link is from self that has a great work out for your arms. Try going through the Self website since they usually have a lot of different workouts for you to use.

Well you shouldn't make them any fatter. You are lucky to have skinny arms.
Try building muscle instead of fat.
Maybe you should use 3-5-or 8 pounds hand weights and do ten on each arm.
Those should help out a lot.
Invite a friend to do it too, so it won't be as boring.
:D
Hope I helped.

You dont want bigger arms haha! i wish i had skinny arms because it makes you look alot thinner. But if you really want them, you can lift weights, and do push-ups. Also, put your arms out to the side and spin them in tiney circles. All this will give you arm muscules.
