Really embarassed

hi ok well im tamil and when you start your period you have a ceremony and then wear a bra im 14 and i haven't had mine this girl whos 13 has and hers is coming in 3 weeks she shows off and im embarassed to go also my old friends will be there boys and girls they will all know i havent started itand all the girls will wear half saris and im here with a childish skirt and blouse im embarassed and upset HELP!!!! thank you so much in advance

Okay, let's not go and call people morons. Periods may suck completely but they vary on the girl. Cramps also vary. I know that you may not get cramps the first couple times, and may get them later, but you may rarely ever get them. Periods are hard, yes... And with the whole bra issue, don't worry about it, because even though chest-size seems like a big deal, you may have other things that are so much better than her. Everyone is going to be self-conscious about something. :]

Oh no, it's perfectly fine that you don't have it yet.
It only becomes a problem after the age of 16.
You should be happy that you don't have your period yet, it is very painful.
And you should not feel embarrassed, you should tease the other kids about you not having to go through all the pain.
I think you are very lucky, and will grow up to be just fine.
