Not always, it usually depends on technique and cleanliness(Because no one wants a sloppy kiss). Although I am sure that a strong tongue doesn't hurt! :) Good luck!

Well everyone has their own style of kissing. Guys usually have firmer tongues than girls. Girls tongues are generally more soft. I'm not sure what guys PREFER, but I'm pretty sure they're just happy they're getting some tongue action.
My last boyfriend had two ways of kissing me. On our first date, it was supposed to be a more romantic kiss so his tongue was softer and it was more sensual. Later, when we got into the hot and heavy stuff, it was firmer because the kiss was more urgent.
But, of course, he was a guy. I think girls would probably be the same. Keep it semi-soft at least...don't stiffen up your tongue and shove it down his throat or anything, but don't keep your tongue too soft, because it might seem sloppy or...I don't know.

Could go either way. Some people hate kissing with tongue. It's all in the way they kiss, and what each person likes to do. Sort of like being tall doesn't automatically make you a good basketball player. Doesn't mean much at all, really :)
