Stay on the diet and doing the crunches you'll see the results in weeks. But remember even after you start seeing results you'll want to avoid a plateau (which is when you're basically in a rut from working out that'll you stop seeing results since your body will adapt to the changes) by stepping out your workout and increasing it by 10%, so instead of 100 crunches you'll need to do 110 a night, and so on and so forth.

ultraguy55 answered Tuesday June 26 2007, 2:36 pm: well well, first of all who are you?????? i mean are you a male or female.
ok, if you are male, whats your age?
if you are over 15 or 18, then ok, you have to really have good intake of protiens and carbohydrates
i.e. a good and solid diet plan will put mass in your body and then........your crunches will bring shape and convert and loose fat and muscles into sturdy ones. alright? but even after this still no result then maybe your body's metablic activity so high that the moment you eat anything your body just burns it off, clear? the only remedy for above conditions consult a good dietician who will give you a proper plan. now if you are inspite the above two reasons ruled out very thin, then BLAME IT ON THE GENES. your body is that way only. no remedy.
100 Crunches a night is not enough buddy, you need eat and drink energy to build that sturdy and masculine muscles. hope you got it. well give it a try (it worked on me, really.)
IF YOU ARE UNDER 15........COME ON.. the sun is yet rise be patient, the hormones will do it for you. [ ultraguy55's advice column | Ask ultraguy55 A Question ]
