Question Posted Sunday June 24 2007, 12:54 am

I'm going to describe how I dress and I would like you to try to classify me as whatever typical highschool clique you think i sound like.(prep, goth, etc.)

I have several vera bradley purses and I carry them often, I own 2 lacoste polos, but that's all the designer stuff i have. 99% of my clothes are from american eagle, Delia's, A&F, Aero, and Hollister. I also have some emo items from hot topic that I don't really wear that often though. I have really fair skin but I wear black eyeliner and black mascara. Always. I don't always wear jewelry, but a lot of times I'll wear a necklace from AE.

so what do I sound like to you? Oh, and if it helps- I'm always involved in theater. I don't know if that matters though.

I'm a vera bradley whore =] I own every color and design in some shape or another. I'm getting a messenger backback for school. =]

Don't label yourself. You basically sound like me, only I have tan skin and brown hair. But that's irrelevant.

I don't consider myself anything, and there are a few at my school who are like that. If anyone asks me to label myself something, I just say "myself" But really, you can consider that a label in itself if you are into that kind of thing.

There are a few kids in every grade who are like me. As in, own a little of everything, hang out with a little of everybody, etc. I love how I am. It's so unstressful. I have at least 5 or 6 friends from every "group" at my school. My boyfriend and bestfriend are actually just like me though.

Enjoy the fact you aren't labeled anything. Think about it, when you go to the mall, you can shop at ALL the stores, and not just a select few. It's awesome =]

hmm... well, you sound like you are part prep and part creative theatre kid. it's hard to judge because i don't know you in real life. i mean, i know a few people who dress similar to you but they are all so much different from each other! one of the people i'm talking about is on golf team and loves to cook, and another one is a flower child who loves to take pictures. so it's difficult. you just sound like you, to be honest.

I don't like labels either but if i HAD to put you into one.. i might say "prep". butttt you do theater so taht changes things haha. i'm also involved with it and from what i've seen, theater people are more "themselves" than most so i would just say that you are yourself & wear what you like...making you labeless aka the way to be. <3

Sounds like you're too worried about what other people think about you. Wear what you want to wear, live life your own way, and forget what everybody else says.

First of all, I don't classify anyone, especially by the clothes they wear, simply because I am an adult & I'm not high school. I don't understand what you are trying to get from people here. But all I can say is - You sound like YOU. Be your own person & do/wear the things you love because its what YOU love. Don't get caught up in stereotypes & what other people think is "cool." When you get out in the real world, you'll learn no one talks like that or throws people into categories. It's a whole different world out there & someday you'll realize how childish people still are in high school.
