No it's not real, but don't worry I wonder the same thing myself when I first saw it. lol. It's basicly showing how drugs catch on and how stupid they are & how kids do them because friends do it and its a social thing. They are trying to get kids/teenagers/anyone to understand how doing drugs catches on and how its basicly the same thing ask leeches but only with drugs. Make sense ? =]

haha, that's one of my favorite commercials... no, it doesn't exist. but when you saw it, didn't you think, "hey, that is really dumb!" that is the meaning of it... the company who made the commercial was trying to show how incredibly stupid addictive things like drugs and alcohol are and how it's not really even cool. it's as stupid as sticking leeches on yourself.

no it doesnt actually exist, it was made up purely for the commercial, to get the point across about how stupid drugs are.

No, it's used only in the commercial sarcastically. Kind of saying "What's next?" as well as being a warning and parodying today's culture.

Shortcake22 answered Saturday June 23 2007, 5:05 pm:
No, it doesn't exsist. They made up something crazy that seems extreme as a fad to show that a lot of young people will go along with the crowd and do what's popular, such as smoking, abusing drugs, or (in this case) sloming. It's basically a comparison things like smoking.

**Edit- Sorry for the repeat. Had no answers when I went to give one =)

they just made it up for teh commercial, there trying to show hoe peer pressure can lead to you doing stupid stuff, like blood loss via leach for fun.

Hollister answered Saturday June 23 2007, 5:03 pm:
Well people don't actually do it, but doctors use leeches to suck blood for medical practice aha. Theyre just trying to prove a point about drugs or whatever. That commercial is so gross:)
