probably, but another way to help with allergies is to eat honey that was harvested somewhere nearby where you live.

it may, but something that would work better without using drugs and with no side effects is a new product called a Neti Pot. this has been seen on Oprah, and what it does is it gently rinses away allergens and mucus. you can find it at David's Natural Market, and probably online. good luck!
