Hey There, I say you should wear something formal but casual. If your a male maybe a smart shirt and trousers and for a female a nice dress, Just don't dress to bright as you want your brother to be the centre of attention :P

i wore a really cute white sundress to my boyfriends graduation. it doesnt have to be dressy, just make sure it looks classy. stay away from jeans. khaki capris or black capris are always cute with a semi-dressy shirt. also, classic but not to high heels make an outfit look more dressy and more appropriate for a graduation. think what you would wear to a casual beach wedding.

I wore a nice skirt and shirt to my sister's graduation. My friend wore a sundress to her boyfriends graduation. You can basically wear anything dressy, but you don't have to go over the top. Even khakis and a nice shirt would be fine. <3

to my brothers graduation, I wore black pants, a fancy top, and just a white button-up sweater. casual, but not too fancy.

Or if you want you can wear a spring type dress with a pair of flats.

have fun!
