digital cameras
right now i have a 4.0 megapixel huge ugly digital camera with the smallest screen EVER. obviously, i really want a new one. i like taking pictures, and i'm looking for one with certain feautres like-
- 7.0 megapixels or up
- different modes such as outside,etc.
- video option with zoom (it's ok if there isn't zoom)
- my friend has a canon powershot, and it has a cool mode where you can swap colors, idk if canon's are the only ones that have that but i really like that feature.
- basically that's it, i mean i keep hearing all these things about how they find the face ya know like the one with your dad isnt a horses butt or something lol but yeah that would also be nice.
i'm really just looking for an upgrade to my old camera, i want a big screen with lots of features, that takes great pictures with different modes. i'm into photography but my current camera sort of prevents me from taking good pictures. also, i don't want a big bulky one. i want a nice shiny small one haha. and under like $300 if that's possible. so if anyone has any ideas, or has a camera that has all or almost all of these features just tell me because i'm getting so sick of my camera!! thank youu

I had the Canon PowerShot for a while, and I liked it, but it was kinda bulky.
Right now I have the Sony CyberShot and I love it!

7.2 megapixels, zoom, a large screen considering how small it is, face-detection, autofocus, shoots videos. It doesn't have shutter lag either- it takes pictures quickly.
You can also, using a cord that comes with it, play your pictures and videos on your TV. The software it comes with to upload your pictures to your computer is great and really easy to use.
It also comes with rechargeable batteries and a charger. They charge very quickly and save you the time and expense of constantly buying batteries.
This camera is small and easy to take places, I've had no problems with it. I recommend buying an extra memory card as well.
They also sell a lot of really cute cases for it.
Walmart and Best Buy have it, I recommend Best Buy because you can get help from someone who knows what they're doing and they sell a package with a case and accessories for cheaper than Walmart's price.

That is one of the best cameras I've ever come across. I have it, and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. It's got all the features you listed, and is very simple to use, at the same time.

I have a Kodak Easyshare C703. I love it, and a lot of my friends also have this camera.. Its pretty cheap, I believe it was only $150 maybe. Its 7.1 megapixels & has a big screen. It also takes very good pictures. :)

you should get an olympus fe-230
its about $200
i have one,and it works really great.
7.1 megapixels, anti-shake, 3x zoom, and a
2.5" LCD screen. and its really little, it can fit in your pocket easily.
