He was sexually involved with a White House intern, and then lied about it. The lying caused him to be impeached, but he got to continue standing as president for the rest of his term, though he was not allowed to make any decisions.

he had "sexual relations" with Monica Lewinski in the oval office... i think it was the oval office... and then i think he lied about it under oath.
also hillary is i think a senator in new york. she was elected to that in 2000 i believe.
