JustAskAlli answered Wednesday June 20 2007, 3:58 pm: First you need to host the picture.
You can host it at photobucket, tinypic, or imageshack, etc.
Browse for the picture, Then upload it to the site.
Then copy the URL link they gave you and put < img src = > in front of it, and behind it put < / a >
make sure you take out all the spaces first.

Personally, I recommend Tinypic because pictures on Photobucket get their bandwith extended alot.
Anyways, after uploading the picture to a hosting website, copy the URL and put it in this HTML code
<img src="IMAGE URL HERE">
If you still need help, just let me know and I will try to explain it better.
