then ask him about what kinda stuff he's into.

what he ahs planned over the summer.
just start talking about stuff
bring up a movie or something
and see if you both like it.

Try something simple, like "How're you?" Then let your mind do the rest. Just simple conversation. If you can't find anything just say something that happened the other day like, "The other day I fell of my bunk bed," OR "You'll never believe what happened at this fast food place!" Just pic kout interesting things. Talk about things this guy likes. Maybe sports or video games or computers. Wing it. I hope I helped!
