Omg I do That All THe time...What i Suggest Is To Eat Light Things..Rice Krispys And Other Cerials Are Great, And if You Add Milk To THem Thats fine As Well Because Milk Is Good For You, Try Watermelons And Fruits, Or Make A Smoothie, There Are A Million Easy Ways to make Smoothies and they have tasteless Protien Powder You can Put In It As Well, Just To Be A Little Healthy If You Want Ice Cream In It.
