okay so im 12/f and my mom is signing me up for a boxing class =]

but i want to start training before hand, so what kind of exercises should I do? for how long? what things should i eat? anything i should practice?

any advice would be appriciated =] thnxx.

I used to box....practice your jump roping...if i had to guess you will be doing quite a bit of that. Try to eat healthy too.
