Doing exercise, not stuffing your face with ice cream and junk food all the time, and stay active will really help. I don't know how old you are but yes, as you grow and mature your stomach does become bulky. Don't freak out! It's life and it's hormones. As long as you are not having to go up three sizes every couple of months of years, than you're fine. Just go out and run around or walk and monitor what you are eating all the time. No, I'm not saying go on a diet. But a lot of people just eat up McDonalds everyday and then go home and watch TV. It's summer time, so go out swimming or walking or something to stay active and you'll be fine! [ MizzDiva3203's advice column | Ask MizzDiva3203 A Question ]

If you want to make your stomach less bulky, just do ab workouts every day/night and it will gradually get smaller [ xomaureenox16's advice column | Ask xomaureenox16 A Question ]
superstarblue89 answered Saturday June 16 2007, 5:56 pm: the thing with weight is that it doesn't always go in the places we want it too...those who try to gain weight eat a lot and tend to gain it in the wrong places...every body has a different "fat focus" your's just happens to be your stomach...there's nothing you can do to make your body stop collecting fat there but doing some core exercises will help tone up your stomach so any weight gain will be less noticeable...keeping with a core exercise regime will also help keep the fat that continues to collect there off...but you can't switch where your body gains weight [ superstarblue89's advice column | Ask superstarblue89 A Question ]
