Hey this is really embarrasing..but i'm 13/m and my pens is a bit more than 5 inches long. Is that normal? And how can u make ur penis bigger?

Your size is normal. The average adult male is only 7 inches.. and you're still pretty young. Nothing can make your penis bigger because size is hereditary.

Let me start by saying, you're perfectly nomal! Thats a pretty nice size, specially considering that you're only 13 years old. Nothing to be embarrassed about! =)
And as for making it bigger, you're way too young for that! your body is still growing, and it wont stop until you're about 21 years old. At which point if you're still not happy with your size there are all these pills that are coming out in the market, or even have surgery.
But i think you'll be just fine =)

DO NOT consider the pump that someone else mentioned. At your age your access to them is limited, but I wouldn't put it past someone giving one to you. They do not work, but may be harmful as you are not yet finished growing. 5.5 to 6 inches is average for a human penis of men whom have finished growing, you are fine.
