okay so this guy likes me. I don't feel the same way about him though. He tried asking me out twice so far this year. the first time I told him I still had feelings for my ex (which was true) the second time he asked me out again I told him I had a boyfriend (which I did) and now were broken up and he asked me out again through e-mail today. I don't know how to tell him no. I just don't have feelings like that for him. What would the best way to tell him?

You can tell him that you are flatered and all but you just don't feel the same way about him. Tell him that maybe you too are just better off being friends. Hope i helped.

just say "hey i really appriciate the offer and honestly the last few times you've asked me out i've had reasons.. but this time i don't. i just dont see myself dating you and i dont want to hurt you but im not interested, friends yes.. dating no. im sorry hopefully you can understand. thanks"
