Healthy Diets for Teens

Question Posted Tuesday June 12 2007, 10:25 pm

I'm sixteen, 5'3, 165-170 lbs. What is a good diet that's not too extreme that some of you have actually tried, and succeeded? Please, please no links. Just tips, and knowledge! THANKS!

do sit ups.. and leg ups.. like lay on your back.. extend your legs out and lift them up to your head.. it works your lower abs.. go for a walk or maybe alittle jog.. just for about 20 mins atleast 3 times a week.. and watch your calories.. dont eat past 8 and if you do have a banana.. drink two glasses of water before every meal you get full faster which makes you eat less.

hopefully i helped alittle. (:
