I would say at least 20. I lived with a nanny who was in her late teens, though. It depends on where you live and if you have any qualifications (CPR certification, high school diploma, etc.).

Well, if you are wanting to do it as a full time job then you need to be old enough to have gotten through high school.

Mm, it all depends on maturity. My brother's girlfriend nannied these two kids [9 and 11] when she was seventeen and she did it all day, 5 days a week, all summer.
