sweet 16 party

im planning a sweet 16 for me and 20-30 people i have some ideas like i have songs that we can dance to and snacks but i don't know where to throw the party and wat else to do instead of just dance it can't be a pool party becuz its during the winter

-where can i throw my party?
-wat else can we do instead of dance and eat?

and the buget should be under $100

Well, about the location. You could use your local fire hall or even the YMCA if there's one near your neighborhood. Or you could use a basement, yours or a family member's/friend's.

Twister is always a fun party game for anyone. My friends and I still play. You could have a dance contest or karaoke.

Well, I have no clue where you live to be able to tell you where and etc, but maybe you can ask some of your intended guests what they may think would be fun to do? Since they are the ones you plan to entertain, they can tell you what will entertain them.
