Use Neosporin, and don't pick at the dry skin as it heals.

Once you're left with the scar, put vitamin E oil on it everyday to help it heal & fade faster. I swear by it; I'm not sure if it's all in my head- but vitamin E capsules are really cheap so it's worth a shot!

:)

the best way i can figure out is to every night before you go to bed, put neosporin or some other kind of antibacterial ointment on the scab and put a bandaid over it, and wear it to bed. take it off in the morning and it should get better in time.
to get rid of redness, you can try to put foundation[makeup] over it so it wont show up as much.

if you leave them alone & dont touch or pick at them they'll go away the fastest. theres not really a "cure" to making them.. [unred], so SORRY, thats just how a scab is. =] --caaare♥

rubbing alcohol dries them up. put it on a rag and hold it there for a while. they dry up and then go away faster.

the redness is just an after effect. i don't know what to tell you for that
