Well my best freind she doesnt like this guy named jeff but she always wants to have a friends with benefit relationship with him. HES A TOTAL JERK. He is soo mean to her and treats her like crpap doesnt talk to her for ever and then asks to hoookup. Well, idk what to do anymore cuz she doesnt listen to me wen i tell her not to do this and she will regret it. And wen i say this guys a jerk he bad mouths her to the school and all she cares about it making out.

You may know this guys a jerk, and she may know it too, but in order for her to learn that he's an asshole -- she needs to make the mistake. All you can do is keep telling her, but if she decides to make this decision [whether you like her choices or not] back her up.
Your friend will learn her lesson sooner or later. But let her make this. Once she does, she'll realize you were right & apologize for being stupid. She'll never learn if you just hold her hand.
