Hairstyles
I have wavy red hair a little below my shoulder. I want a cute hairstyle either my current length or a little shorter. My face is fuller and I don't want a haircut that would make my face look bigger.

Okay first I would actually grow your hair a little longer. Because since you said your face is "fuller" than you need the longer hair. second from seeing your picture I think a part in th middle/side with LONG bangs would be very cute.

Since your forehead is a bit small, I would stay away from straight across bangs.
I would get your hair thinned out and layered a bit :]
Curly or wavy hair will look best with your face shapes.
get yourself a style that has more volume on top and less volume on the sides. it will make your face look more oval
Length? Shoulder length or chin length would look good.
