ok i think you should stop trying to play her because you like her.This can actually get you somewhere good,like being in a real relationship and she probably likes you to.Dont try playing her cuz trust me,what goes around comes around and if you play or hurt someone itll come right back to you and itll happen to you when you one day actually think you found the one,shell stab you in the back.I think you should try to get with her,its not a shame.You had your time of playing around and now is the time to be a little serious.

Um, maybe try actually acting like a gentleman towards her? Be nice to her, and don't act like a humungous 'player'.
Yea, flirting and stuff is good, but make sure you respect her, too.
Compliment her, ask her questions about herself, make inside jokes, mess around. That kind of stuff.
