what does it mean when you find a indian pointing his bow at a star mean on a tootsie roll pop wrapper ???

Technically it means you get a free Tootsie pop. Good luck finding a store that still does that, though.


I'd just keep it because if they stop making them, they'll become a bit of a novelty item.

Supposedly, if you bring it to the store or ice cream truck where you bought it, they give you one for free. However, I never tested this theory. I always assumed it was a temporary thing that they stopped doing before I was born, as did all my friends. Basically, we just liked those wrappers because they were cool/special, and whichever member of our group got it was the "winner". Next time you get one, you can try to bring it back for a free one, but I really doubt they'd do it.
