You an have a sleepover with about 4-6 girls. You an rent good movies, like Little Black Book, Bridget Jones, Little Miss Sunshine, etc. You can either buy pizza, or make mini ones. I like making individual mini ones, and you just buy tortillas or pizza dough, and put on whatever toppings you like. Then, you cook and eat! Its really good :] And fun too! You can make your own sundaes too! It will come out to about 30 or less dollars, and hey- its fun! :]

Happy Birthday, hope its a great one!

for the pizza-
pizza dough
cheese
pepperoni
onion
pepper
meatball pieces
mushrooms.
sauce.

For $50.00 theres not a whole lot you can do. But dinner && a movie would be fun. Maybe you could pay for the movie...or they could just pay for themselves. Or have a few girlfriends and drive up to a bigger city and do a mini shopping spree.

Yo.
There are always home crafts. Make pillow cases or t-shirts or something. You can eat off the floor for plates and sip from the lake for drinks! haha just kidding but Wal- Mart does have a lot of party stuff for like a $1 or something. You could rent some scary movies and get a box of popcorn. Or, this may not be a huge big blast party-of-the-year thing, but hanging out, gossiping and chilling are always cool too.

what i usually do for my birthday is just invite a bunch of ppl over and have a theme. I don't really know what you like but some of the ones i do are a spa party, movie party, hawaiian theme or like something really funky like disco...everyone always has loads of fun at my parties and i never spend more than fifty dollars. you can go to good will or a marshals and somewhere and look for good sales on stuff or you could just use stuff from around your house.
