I'm a 16 year old female and I have some hair on the back of my neck. To the point where when I put my hair up I become uncomfortable. I shaved this area, but the stubble is so unattractive and there's no possible way to get rid of it. What is a solution that isn't drastic because I let it grow out after shaving it and the amount of hair was much worse than what I had to work with before...?

I have some hair on my lower back because I shaved it along time ago and it grew back black.

Hair grows naturally.
It's a part of nature.
Stop trying to live up to societies standards just because you're scared of what others might think or say.

Have you tried waxing? Since it is on the back of your neck, you would be better off having someone help you, if you choose to do that.
Or, you can try to use permanent dye. Make sure it is the lightest color you can find. I don't know how well that will work since I don't know how dark your hair is, and you will have to repeat the process every couple of months. I would only try that if you are absolutely desperate for a new option. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]
