Could someone explain what Wicca's about?I've done a lot of research on it,but everyone's interpretation seems to be different.

well,wicca is a earth based religion.we wiccans love nature and mother earth.we find the divine in the nature and every being.we worship the various forms of the great spirit in its dual aspect i.e. THE GOD AND THE GODDESS.yes its very true that there can be several interpretations of wicca because wicca as a religion or spirituality gives you the freedom to be yourself and practice what you feel comfortable with. i can only tell you one thing that wicca is a wondeful religion, it will make you more humane,sensitive,loving and accepting.i don't know what's your source of learning about wicca.but i faced the same problem when i started but with time i found my way. just believe one thing that if wicca is your true path then you would get it and be happy. wicca never preache unecessarily or converts you. its your free choice to be a wiccan.

the definition of wicca varies from person to person, but basically it is a religion that believes in a god and goddess. it is large on female empowerment. wicca is a magic religion. it uses spells to make things happen. wiccans only use white magic, meaning there is no voodoo or bad magic used. one of the wiccan laws states that everything you do will return to you threefold, so it would not be wise to try and cause something bad to happen to someone. the main wicca law is "harm none." many wiccans use their magic to help heal people. before a wiccan starts attempting magic they have to undeerstand the rules and laws of wicca, and dedicate themselves to the religion. wicca is a good religion to look into because it is very open and accepting, can be practiced by anyone, and believes in self empowerment.

well, i am a formerly practicing wiccan, so i can help. wiccans worship multiple gods, and one of the main symbols of the religion is the pentacle. majority of wiccans keep their spells in a book of shadows. wiccans commonly pray daily. we have several holidays slightly similar to those of mainstream religion.

Ugh, my fiance has Wicca friends.
Anyways, from what I've learned from him and them.
They worship plants. ie: Mother Nature.
They practice witchcraft, and can, and will put spells on you. They believe in no God, and only worship Mother Nature.
I know thats not a lot, but its basically all that they've told me in the past 3 years.

One of the reasons you may have had a lot of difficulty in finding a definitive interpretation from your research is because Wicca is a very old religion that has been reconstructed from an ancient and extinct religion. This was only because it had come under attack in the late Middle Ages by religious propaganda to stain the religion by linking it to satanism.
Wicca has no relation or links to Satanism at all however as I said before Wicca as a religion has mostly been reconstructed so there are many forms of the religion out there.

Wiccan is a religion that believes in Goddesses and lunar dieties. It is a very old religion and very unstereotypical. Magic is like their prayers. They are very peaceful unless they believe in black magick.
Most use white magick because of the threefold laws though. Which is like karma, whatever you put into the world comes back three times more powerful.
