If i get my blood taken to see if i am pregnant will it show up that i have smoked weed? If i go to planned parenthood and it shows up (my mom is taking me) will they tell her that I did drugs?

It's one test, not a panel of different tests. In order to test for drugs, they would run what's called a 'tox screen.
Planned parenthood is not interested in looking for drugs unless you give them a reason to be. If they do look for drugs without your permission, then there are legal issues. Also, they aren't treating you for drug issues and they don't get paid to do it, so why would they test for weed? Unless there's something else going on besides a simple pregnancy test, they will not test for THC (marijuana).
That being said, if you are going to have the child, you should ask to speak with the doctor/nurse alone and let him or her know that you have used marijuana and would like that to be kept between the two of you. He or she can then counsel you on how much impact your use will have on the baby.
