aight, first off how old ar you? cuz if your like 13 ... you are too young to start coloring your hair. it's a vicious cycle of needing retouches an dealing with regrowth and roots and fading and all that stuff. Trust me, im a beauty school student. if you color your hair you may like it now...but in three to four weeks when it grows out and you can see those roots, your gonna wish you didn't. Plus, if your gonna get it done go professional...it is less damaging.

As far as the mom thing goes ... parents dont let us do things for a reason ya know. my suggestion is listen to your mom. is it really worth having to life juss cuz you wanted to have better looking hair? And not only that when it starts growing out ... will it be worth it then? just some things to think about. If the answer to either one is "no..." then don't do it. Trust me. i went behind my moms back and had my freind put some black in my hair and it messed up and i had to color my hair all black. it ruined my hair. Just take into consideration what i said.

Everybody wants to have the perfect head of hair. I know exactly how you feel. Tell your mom it would mean so much to you If she let you dye your hair. Show her that your growing up and Your not a little girl. Explain how pretty your hair would look and All your mom really wants is the best for you. Make sure she knows how important she is to you and How much you love her. It really works. Eventually she will come through.

Well, she is sayung no to you because she is worried something will go wrong. Some people dye their hair and it ends up coming out in the form of disaster, if you know what I mean. There's not much you can do, but I do reccomend not dyeing it. If you disobey your mom, you will violate her trust in letting you do anything else. I say you just wait, your hair probably isn't that bad :].
