ok before i answer your question i have one.Did cutting yourself help you solve your problems?Did it make your parents stop fighting?DID they even know??i dont think so!!you know if that knife touches ONE,just ONE nerve in your arm your DEAD!!yep,itll all end in a second and im sure you wouldnt like that!When facing problems never cutt yourself,it will not only bruise your arm but your spirit too!!Cuz when you grow older and look at the scars youll get depressed AGAIN.EVeryone has problems,its inevitable,you cant not have problems.But the smart one is the one that know how to deal with it the RIGHT way.When your angry quickly pick up the phone and let it out to a trusty person!Or take out a diary and let it aaaalll out.Or just cry your ass of and punch something really hard.And use your MIND the greatest gift god gave us to think it thru.Nothing stays the same,whoever has problems will one day have them solved and whoever doesnt have problems one day will.ITS ALL experience in the end and makes you stronger.So dont EVER touch that knife again,think about your future and how you want it,have an aim in life,a reason to live.

I'm not a professional, but I'd like to offer more help then just reffering you to someone else.

Chances are, you dont cut because of yourself. You're letting others force thoughts upon you. Live for yourself. when you get older, none of the people who you are around, that you dont want to be around will be around you. When you grow up, there will be no mom or dad; you will be the mom or dad(gender unbias). If you have to take the hit for a couple of years do so, but there is no point to cut. Instant satisfaction will not make time move faster. You're only a kid once, live like one. have fun. Enjoy life: you only have 1 chance at it.

You need professional help. Tell your parents that you've been feeling down lately and cutting for a while, and that you want to stop. it looks like you want to. Good descion:] . If you dont want to talk to your parents , tell a guidance counselor. But you need SOMEONE to talk to

You need to talk to an adult you trust and tell them what has been going on. They can help you find someone for you to talk to.

Then you need to talk to your parents, but don't tell them directly that it is their fault. (this will make them fight more; about you mainly)

You should tell them that you're hurting because of their fighting and you don't know how to release the pain any other way.

I hope this helps you and I hope you can find help for you too.

I hope you can stop this addiction and get better.

time to check in with your guidance counselor.
cutting = addicting. (like smoking)
break the habit, but get help doing it.
or tell your parents.

just don't let it take over your life if it already hasn't...
