Is sperm made to go inside your stomach? Is the purpose of sperm to swallow by mouth and ingest or to impregnant for reproduction?
NOTHING MAKES BREASTS GROW. The size of your breasts are heretitary and NOTHING you do can change that outside of breasts implants.
If you swallow anything, including semen (which carries sperm) it is ingested just like food, by stomach acids, passes to the lower intestines to your bowels which is excreted with a bowel movement.
All your body can utilize from that is nutrients.
You might as well take placebo sugar pills to get your boobs to grow.
You have a better chance at enlarging them by breasts exercises which will tone them as in any muscle.
