Mostly men watch porn, and they like to see and hear the women.
The women are paid to act like it's the best sex of their lives so the guys watching it can get off.
Most of the time, in porn movies, the girl doesn't get off at all, they just 'fake it'.
If a girl is actually having an orgasm, they aren't really able to talk normally, it just sounds like a sort of jibberish and the fierce moans and groans in porn are forced. So if a girl is moaning that loud but not actually kind of 'shaking' or shuddering, then she's not having an orgasm.
Basically, porn is fake, they're paid to be doing what they're doing.

Yes I think the first answer is spot on. Porn is made for primarily for guys. The girls in the videos are very often faking it, or in the very least they are adding on a little extra to the sound effects :)
I have no idea which of the sexes experiences a more intense orgasm ordinarily (i.e. outside of porn where there is acting involved). Most guys are fairly silent though as far as I know. Maybe the female orgasm is more intense.
Another thing about porn actors is that they are doing it in very unpleasant conditions normally. You have 20 guys watching, with a spot light on you, and with a director that interupts you to shift positions and try different angles. I think this cuts out some of the enjoyment for both of the actors.

its because its mostly men watching porn, and its an ego trip if the woman is loving it more than the bloke. women have far more control over their orgasms than men, the women are moaning and writhing because thats what turns men on. the man in the porn is meant to take a backseat so the man watching can enjoy the women.
