5'6" and 100lbs, is extremely skinny and under weight for that height.

You have a mental issue with your body image and causing you to see yourself differently than you really are, thus, you are obsessed with eating and have guilty feelings when you do.

You need to talk to someone, a professional. Seek out online groups for eating disorders, anorexia, etc. and join, post, and chat.

Get support through these and find out how others have conquered it and now eat normal.

You should weigh somewhere between 120-128 lbs for your height.

You shouldn't be concerned with your weight, it doesn't matter how much you weigh as long as you feel healthy about yourself.

It's not healthy to just eat a yoghurt all day, you need food to keep your body going. I don't think you're an anorexic, but I think there is a psychological problem there.

If your friends are concerned about you, then you should deffinately listen to them and if you think the problem is getting any worse, I suggest that you should see your GP or a counselor and they'll help you. Or try talking to your parents first about it.

You are not at a healthy weight. You are UNDERWEIGHT...very much so. According to your height and weight, you already fall into the anorexic category.

You cannot go a whole day just eating yogurt. And if your friends are concerned, that should be your first clue. They're trying to help you.

Most girls aren't completely happy with how they look, but if you're going to extremes (like not eating enough) in order to lose weight that you shouldn't be losing, there is a psychological problem.

I would suggest talking to your parents or a guidance counselor about this. And that person should take you to a doctor. They'll probably give you some therapy sessions for it. Anorexia is very difficult to cure, and most people can't do it alone.

I'm not saying that you're full blown anorexic, but you're definitely getting there. You are way too skinny. Definitely don't let this go, talk to someone about it.
