what do you say when someone knocks on your door in public

im lost what do you say when your in a changing room or bathroom in public and someone knocks on the door? this sounds stupid probly but its not to me im lost.

haha i know how you feel..its definately an awkward moment. i just say "someones in here.." or "just a minute" lol. I kinda try and make it obvious im using the changing room or bathroom by either clearing my throat every few minutes or coughing or something..because i dont like those awkward moments haha
