Now, may not be the time to spend the night over a guy's house because you don't want to feel awkward the whole time, ya know? But if it's something that you wanna do, then you can get some apple cider vingear (liquid or pill) and take that today and tomorrow and that has been known to help a lot. Try soakin in the tub for about 30 mins-1 hour really does work. Sounds weird but it does work! If you are stressin out or not gettin enough rest, then that can cause it to be really heavy as well. Let me know how it goes and if you need anymore help! Good luck! :) [ MizzDiva3203's advice column | Ask MizzDiva3203 A Question ]
redhead6154 answered Thursday May 17 2007, 3:33 pm: i know this isn't healthy but try not to eat much. like only eat breakfast, lunch, & dinner. it really helps slow it down & make it not so heavy. also, i've heard that caffeine makes it not last as long.
Noyeti answered Thursday May 17 2007, 11:22 am: I don't know if you can do anything. It should get lighter by then. If you don't wear Tampons you should. It would help. with a panty liner for extra protection. =] This happens to me all the time. It will get lighter just dont stress over it it will get worse if you do. =] [ Noyeti's advice column | Ask Noyeti A Question ]
