i'm jewish, go to a jewish private school with a dress code that's not strictly enforced.
so my boyfriend and i just broke up and i'm on the market again. before i had a boyfriend, i used to dress...well, not slutty, but let's just say i wore revealing clothes. unconsiously, when i had a boyfriend, i wore more modest clothes. now i'm single again, i just bought new stuff last week from h&m and urban outfitters, and i'm not sure what to do. should i continue to dress modestly or is it ok for me to dress...well, slutty? i didn't dress exactly like a slut...just bared some cleavage and wore short skirts. i have big boobs and small legs and i want to play them up to my advantage.
i know my teachers (and my mom) would like it better if i continued dressing modestly, but i know that guys...well, appreciate me being a little revealing. and i am looking, not for a relationship, but to have some fun. so should i be modest or be "slutty"?

Have fun & show skin. It will let guys know you are looking for fun. [ clouded_bluee's advice column | Ask clouded_bluee A Question ]

Also if your wearing a low cut top dont wear a short skirt maybe just jeans etc. As if you wear both at the same time, thats when guys take advantage of the situation and start to persome your easy. Just wear whatever your comfortable in!!

Most guys think you're kind of demeaning yourself if your dressing slutty. They don't think you respect yourself, and therefore, they don't respect you. And in some situations, I think like, whatever. But you should dress MORE conservative(not nesesarrily conservative, but moreso) at school. Not because it's a place where you should be modest blah blah blah, but because chances are, that's where your next bf is going to come from. And if not your next one, definitely the grand majority of them. So you want those guys to respect you. Even if you don't need it now, you will want it eventually.
But as for your question:
Go ahead, dress a little slutty. I know I do. Don't be too much of a slut, but it's okay to have guys look at you. My rule of thumb is to be kinda alutty in one area only. So if you're wearing a really short skirt, then don't go overboard with cleavage too. If your jeans are really tight and low, wear a more conservative top. It shows that you don't want guys to see everything, and it leaves some for their imagination. Would you want to hook up with a guy who you'd already seen all of, or would you want to feel more like you were... discovering him? haha I know that sounds weird, but I think you know what I mean. They're not going to want you if they think they can get you anyday anyway. [ andalixsays's advice column | Ask andalixsays A Question ]

like you said, use big boobs and small legs to your advantage! be creative, but most importantly, BE YOURSELF.
have fun! you're only 15... you have your WHOLE life ahead of you. go for it. there's nothing wrong with wearing short skirts & having a little fun when you're young. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
