lately i havent been eating anything because the public pool opens in 2 weeks and i dont want to look fat in my swimsuit. please help me. i dont know what to do.

Just exercise, eat healthy & drink water. Don't eat fast foods or junk food & stop drinking sodas. It's a lot easier than killing yourself daily by skipping meals. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
elizxabeth answered Friday May 11 2007, 7:29 pm: look hun, it's normal to wanna look good in your bathing suit, but not eating isn't the way to do it! not eating is unhealthy and could possibly lead into an eating disorder. instead, eat healthier foods and cut down on junk food. exerciseeee! doing crunches always helps me.

NinjaNeer answered Friday May 11 2007, 7:28 pm: Fasting won't help you at all. What it will do is slow down your metabolism so that when you do start to eat again, you'll gain more weight back than you lost.
Try the slow and steady approach. There's no easy way to lose weight fast.
