School Prank??
So some friends and i are thinking of a school prank, nothing damaging or something that would ruin anything but what are the consequences if you got caught on school property? Or if your caught in the act, what would the legal cosequences be? Were 15 if it helps.

getting caught on school property after hours is considered trespassing on private property at my school. i know of kids who have been police escorted home after they were caught doing stuff after school hours. it just depends on if your school is that strict or whatever. maybe read your handbook & see if it says anything about that. but i think pranks are so funny, so it would be awesome if you could pull it off. but i suggest you figure out how much trouble you could get into, and strategically plan your prank so you don't get caught! good luck.

Well, it depends on what you do, where you go to school & how harsh they are & how much they enforce rules. Anything can happen. You can get suspended, maybe even deal with cops [but hopefully that won't occur]. I think the worse that'll happen is that you'll get suspended for a bit.

And you've gotta have a clear conscience. If you do this prank & it turns out that the school doesn't happn to find it funny, then they'll probably be looking for who did it. Usually when you're getting into trouble you wanna speak up, but you can't make it look obvious you did it when someone mentions it.

It all differs from schools to counties to states to countries and the serverity of your prank. It should all be in the student/school handbook so read through it. The worst is getting expelled [which I hope you won't get]. There's ISS OSS detention community service...it just really depends on a lot of factors...major ones are what school you go to and what the prank is. It's all in the handbook

I would think it will all depend n a number of things such as where you are (UK or USA), what the prank was, whether or not it's during school time etc, etc, etc.
As for getting caught on school property (I'm guessing you will be doing this after the school has closed) would be trespassing on private property so you'd probably just get a caution or escorted home by the cops. To be honest I'm not really sure though. Best thing is to just play it safe and whatever this prank is, to make sure it won't cause any harm to any person as well as property.
Oh, if your found trespassing the school may even decide to take action against you with a fine and, if you go to the school, with a suspension.
