low body temp!
My body temp is always around 96.7 when it's supposed to be 98.6. My body temperature has never been normal! Is my body temp. considered low and can it affect my health in any way? Also WHY is it so low?
I`m really scared =).

The average body temperature doesn't mean anything. It's just the middle of the spectrum. There are people out there with body temperatuers of 99 and they're perfectly fine. Their body just happens to be that way. In your case, your body temperature tends to be 2 degrees lower than usual. If it has always been that way, it's normal. It's just the way your body is. ]
Did you get this information from a doctor or are you measuring it yourself? Maybe your thermometer is off. If you got it from a doctor and nothing was done about it, it's probably not that big of a deal. Plus, if you did get it from a doctor WHY didn't you ask the doctor? We aren't all doctors here on Advicenators. Only a doctor can answer these questions so ask a doctor! If you haven't seen a doctor get to one right away! There's no way that you can know that you don't have diabetes or another dangerous condition if you don't get it checked out! Good luck. ]
Normal is what's normal for you and there's a whole range of temps that work for different people. However, if you feel cold, as previous advisors have said, you should make an appointment with a doctor to make sure you're not anemic, diabetic, or hypothyroid.

98.6 is more of an average. Do you feel cold? You might be anemic or have poor circulation too. If you are cold alot or don't feel good, you might ask a dr. otherwise I wouldn't worry too much about it. ]

this persons' temperature is 96.9 and the other person said it's not dangerous unless its lower than 95 degrees
do you have diabetes.. that may be the reason.
if none of those reasons on the website is what it is causing it, then I suggest going to the doctor to see what is going on.
