Stand facing a wall, door jamb, etc. Fold your arms and hold them out in front of you like Jeannie (as in I Dream of...). Step forward until your arms/elbows are touching the wall. Put your feet about shoulder-width apart. Now, stick your pelvis out until it touches the wall. Straighten up, then repeat. About 5-6 times usually does the trick. You can do it at school or wherever. People may think you're a little odd, but they do not have to know why :) I always say I am stretching my back! it works great. :) believe it or not the more physical you are the less cramps you have. my doctors told me that. so try walking or something, and if it still hurts i suppose to lay down cause we could be different. feel better. [ x0advice4y3w's advice column | Ask x0advice4y3w A Question ]
Volleyball2150 answered Thursday May 10 2007, 11:03 am: If you have a heat pack, I would suggest putting that on your stomach. Main thing to do is to keep it warm. Warm makes the pain go away. If it hurts that badly, you can try Midol which works great for this kind of stuff.
Other than that, you just need to rest and keep still. movement will make it worse. Try doing something that keeps your mind off of it, such as watching a movie, sleeping, reading a book, go on the computer etc.
