Some guys more than others... I'd rather a kiss on my face area than on my neck but I'm sure there are guys out there who want neck kisses. Just try it and judge his reaction.

I don't know... I think some guys do and some don't. The best course of action is to just ask him.
For the record, more guys than not that I've kissed on the neck (kissed, licked, slightly bitten, etc) have said that they've liked it.
